B & N Motors

B&N have been 'my garage' for several years now after I was recommended them by a friend. It soon became apparent why. They are honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have never had a problem with them and can rely on them for their honest advice and good workmanship. Recommended unreservedly. I've They always explain what needs to be done, have the work completed on time and (apart from replacing windscreen wipers during MOT) check with you before carrying out any additional work. High professional values, good customer service AND they don't partonise women. I've happily recommended B&N to several friends.

Having been a customer of B and N Motors, Oxford for several years, across several different cars, I believe it deserves recognition for providing consistently good service in a friendly manner at a central Oxford location. Staff are polite and friendly they do not patronise older or female car drivers, they complete work on time, to budget and are honest. They give advice when asked, such as recommendations for car purchasing for new young drivers etc. B and N motors deal with family run-arounds as well as prestige brands, they offer MOT, servicing, diagnostics and repairs. Work colleagues and friends who have tried them instead of main dealer facilities have been delighted and have also become regular users.
