Car booked in for a full service through the Toyota app knowing it would need spark plugs. Booked as a waiting job. No spark plugs in stock then the advisor told me I could get non genuine ones today. Service completed next day and engine oil level was overfilled by approximately 1 Litre. Missed telling me about a major defect on my rear axle. Various emails sent with no response. Avoid this company.

CSG Motor Company are dishonest car dealers, they sold me a 2015 car for full market price, they told me everything was o.k. with the car and that I am getting a good value. When I brought the car to Toyota I was told that the car has a sever rust problem. I called CSG and was told that my car has passed it MOT and therefore there is nothing wrong with it and they won’t do anything about it. Stay a way from them at any cost.
