Aylesbury Audi

I purchased my first Audi, second hand, in 2007. It was an A8 which developed an unpredictable alarm fault. They had the car a lot over an extended period trying to trace the fault, a loan car was always available and my inconvenience minimised. In the end the problem was fixed and they waived almost all of the bill. They are always friendly, caring, knowledgeable and don't talk down to their customers. Many times small jobs will be done on the spot for no labour charge and some things, like the dreaded EGR valve have been cleaned and refitted instead of being replaced when I would not have known that cleaning was all that was needed. I have since moved on to an A7 and think that one of the reasons I have stayed with Audi is the local dealership experience.

Although never having bought a car from this firm, I have used them for work on my last two A4s. The staff are courteous, the scope of servicing and or repairs being fully explained and agreed before work starts. Audi fixed price servicing seems to hold good.
