Awesome GTI Ltd, Irlam

I decided to book my scirocco R in for an APR stage 2 remap and a performance exhaust system fitting with Awesome, and can honestly say that the customer service has been fantastic. Even though there had been an issue with the supplier of the exhaust (through no fault of their own) the team at Awesome have bent over backwards to reschedule and fit me in at very short notice. I can tell that the team are passionate with what they do and are very knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop in each step they took in transforming my car from stock to stage 2. They've definitely unlocked my cars potential, the drive back was thrilling! Without a doubt i'd recommend Awesome to anyone thinking of tuning their car! or for any maintenance issues! Will definitely be coming back ??

When you pull into a garage specialising in a make of car then watch all the mechanics pull up in that brand it helps me think. "They do this job for love and not just money". Every member of staff I've ever spoke. To is helpful, honest and has an in-depth knowledge of VAG cars. My car has been tuned by them at 40k miles, my car is now on 150k and (touch wood) never misses a beat. They are not the cheapest but you have to pay for quality.

Took my Audi A3 in for a service and mentioned there was a knocking noise coming from the front of the car too. I was there maybe 30min and the fellow on the front desk came to me and informed me of what was causing the knocking noise, I was offered to see the issue on my car in the workshop which was nice as most places just tell you what it needs how much it will be! Anyway the technician explained in more detail the problem, I was given the price and was told the parts were in stock so they could get the work done there and then but I would have to wait a little longer for it to be completed. Couple hours later and filled with free tea and coffee the job was done, all as quoted and a nice clean car! Happy to report the knocking has gone and when the car needs its next service or anything looking at I will be going back!

I visited this workshop in November with my VW Polo 1.4. Upon my arrival, I was introduced to a technician who asked me about the car and whether there were any additional things that they might need to be aware of other than the annual service that I had booked in for. I explained about something I'd noticed where the car was a little slow to start during cold weather. Within a short while, a member of their team let me know that they had found an issue with a coolant sensor, and that it was a likely cause of the issue. This was replaced and my service was carried on with. Honestly I can't praise these guys enough. The final bill came in under what I had expected which was a pleasant surprise and I even got to drive my car away nice and clean as it had been washed at no additional cost to me! As soon as I need any more jobs doing on the car, I will be heading back to this company.

I visited Awesome in November for my annual service for the 1st time after only ever using the main dealers. What a refreshing change, friendly knowledgeable staff and they even cleaned my car afterwards, i also got one of their performance remaps and wow what a difference! Great job, can 100% recommend these guys!
