Unbeknown to me, I had ordered a 'non-stock' part, the garage refused to take the unopened item back and give any refund. Managers were adamant the (expensive) unopened item could not be returned as they didn't wish to stock item, regardless of not making it clear this was a non-returnable part. No interest in customer service.
