Autotechz, Stapleford

Excellent service and excellent price from friendly and knowledgeable staff who worked on my Audi TT

I discovered Autotechz maybe five years ago. The guys are trained in and specialise in VAG cars and always appear to use genuine parts or good quality original equipment suppliers - e.g. Teves brake parts. They are good value, explain things well. They do seem pretty busy, not surprisingly. Have recommended them to friends and they have always been happy with the service and cost.

The two guys at Autotechz are nice to deal with, honest and trustworthy and very good value for money. I would be very reluctant to take my car to anyone else as i have come to know and value their integrity. I just hope they keep going whilst ever i need my cars looked after.

We have had both our Audi A4 and VW Polo serviced, MOT'd and repaired at Autotechz over a period of 3 years. All work completed is fully explained and the old parts offered for inspection. The staff are always very friendly and deal very courteously with customers. They have particular expertise with Audi and VW. For example they picked out the cause of a small leak from the Polo radiator and cured it without the need to replace any major part. Other garages may well have been tempted to undertake a major repair. As another example of their work they replaced the broken dual mass flywheel and clutch on the A4 (at literally half the cost of the main dealer) and explained fully why they thought that the fault had occurred. We would not hesitate to recommend them for all repairs and servicing because of the exceptional level of service that they offer..
