I used to swear by this garage. I had previously spent over 400 on a gearbox service before this MOT, then paid a premium to support this local garage rather than going to the MOT direct. Courtesy car was 22 years old with 220k miles and god knows what stained on the seat. To rip me off £16 to refit a lightbulb, as it wasn't seated right, is not honest. I have done this in the dark in a car park myself in 2 mins. I questioned why this was so steep and he claimed the labour includes putting the car on the ramps to do this, he then stormed off before I could call his bull. Happy to pay for work, not to be ripped off and talked to like an idiot. There are a lot cheaper and friendlier garages in the area, i'll be taking my car elsewhere now.

Have used this garage for almost twenty years. They are well versed in modern systems as well as providing an auto-transmission repair service. They have proved to be consistently reliable, helpful and friendly over the years. Overall a gem of a garage- highly recommended.
