bmw main dealer Williams had my 525i for 7 days to diagnose a fault. They failed. I took it to Autotech and within 24 hours the car was fixed; not only that, but Tony said there would be no charge if the repair failed to work. If Autotech had not fixed it, I had nowhere else to go. When the main dealer has no idea, one is left with a very expensive push toy. All technical matters were explained clearly, as was the cost of the repair. The repair was reasonably priced
