Friend honest cheerful staff who explain things in plain English and show you the fault / problem. As a lady who understands the inner workings of a car like nuclear physics this is important. I do not feel pressured into having expensive work done that i do not need. I can honestly say that i have never left feeling "ripped off" Staff always ready and willing to go the extra mile or two to help.
