Autokare, Cambridge

We have a 2007 family car and one year after the purchase I trust this garage completely. I know my car is safe, they did work when the car needed it and sent me home with really cheap bill when they couldn't find anything wrong with it except "It makes noises because is old". They explain everything they did and I will recommend them to whoever ask me for a great garage.

I have been using them for 5+ years, but recently their pricing and the desire to charge more have become much higher than before. Also, someone scratched the side mirror while trying to park their nearby. The mirror was folded (assumed they were folded manually), but noticed scratches after going home.

I have used Autokare on a number of occasions for servicing and routine repairs - usually without issue, however more recently I have been disappointed with the pricing.

As always these chaps provide all the information you need when it comes to MOT. They provided a courtesy car at no extra cost. Then they break down the information as to what work needs doing etc... They are very accommodating and incredibly professional, knowledgeable and provide an exceptional service, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been with Dave King and his Autokare for nearly 5 years now. My Primera has done 169,000 miles and Dave's team serviced and looked after it well. I never known Dave to overcharge or oversell things which are not necessary. The team are efficient and knowledgeable. The new premises they have moved into are much more spacious and easier to get to. I strongly endorse and recommend the Autokare in Cambridge without any hesitation.

I have been getting my Nissan Primera serviced with Autokare since 2011. I have come to trust Dave and his team. The service costs and labour charges are reasonable and I don't think I have ever been overcharged or work was done which was not needed. Autokare have now moved to a new premises which is much more easier to access. I am very happy with the service and the standard of care provided by Dave's team. I have no hesitation in recommending AutoKare to fellow cambridge car owners.

I was recommended this garage by a neighbour who has 6 vehicles,he had used them for years.I have been impressed by their quality servicing,used them in 2009 as well.I have recommended them to friends who also have been pleased with the work they have done.Their charges seem fair.
