Very expensive and when i took my car back to have a tyre pressure monitor checked, they were very dismissive and wouldn't look at it and it still does not work. I was warned not to use them and should have avoided them. They worked on a previous car of mine and damaged the trim and air vents fitting a heater matrix, but couldn't care less then either. Popped in off-speck in my 1/2 hour lunch break today as needed 2 new tyres for my van . The Receptionist could not have been more accommodating and within minutes 2 guys fitted them simultaneously! Would highly recommend ! Well done and many thanks to a great Team

i have been using this garage for over 20 years now. they are always helpful, quick and reasonable.

I went in unsure whether a MOT failure would cancel my current MOT which was still valid till the end of the month. I enquired about a pre-MOT, as I need my car daily for work and didn't know if I needed anything fixed that couldn't be done on the day and the man responded in the rudest manner. You may deal with these things every day but you can explain it clearly and politely without preassuming your customers are idiots. I was then told that I could come back any time next Saturday for a retest as it was just to check I had replaced my registration plate, he would check it and stamp it and I would be on my way. I turned up and was told I have to wait for a hour! I mentioned what I was told prior and I needed it done ideally then as I made plans for my day, could he kindly check it and I can come and collect the certificate on another day. Once again was met with incredible rudeness. Was overcharged for repairs that probably wouldn't have even come up if I had got it done from a council MOT test centre. Wont be going back!

I have been a customer of this Garage for many years and have come to rely on their good advice as well as excellent service. There is nothing flash about this establishment, the reception area is small with a customer toilet, perfectly adequate but does not give one the feeling that they are paying for unnecessary luxury.Customers deal with actual mechanics who know their stuff so none of the BS I have suffered at larger companies.I have never felt overcharged and always come away feeling confident that all is well with my car.
