We had been waiting for about 90 minutes for an AA contractor to turn up and provide roadside assistance after vehicle completely shut down. Richard was on his way home and noticed that we were stranded. He turned his van around and jump started our car. You rarely see this kind of behaviour these days and we are so grateful.

managed to put the wrong fuel in my car by putting petrol in my diesel Audi a5 Cabriolet. Auto Fuel Fix were quick on the scene and then removed the wrong fuel, flushed my system and then gave me some fresh fuel to get me to the nearest filling station to refil my car with the correct fuel. 1st class service!
