Auto Diagnostics and Servicing Ltd, Swindon

Booked in for diagnostics of a problem, quoted £40+vat, which seemed fair. When I came to collect the car I was forced to pay £75 instead. They claimed it had taken them an hour and a half to plug in an OBDII reader, read the codes and identify the area a noise was coming from. They flatly refused to believe the quote originally given by their receptionist, implying I was lying. Terrible customer service and they even laughed at me as I left the building.

I was recommended to this garage by a friend and am delighted with the service I received. Honest, respectful and excellent all round. Will never go anywhere else now.

Diagnosed an electrical problem and effected a repair the same day

I've been using these guys for a few years now for my cars. They're not the usual, "well there's no fault code showing" type. They are very experienced in mechanical and electrical issues. They've fitted various phone car kits and stereos for me over the years (at home and in their workshop), and always take care of servicing and mot for my car, and the wife's car. Very reasonable rates too. The tyre fitting service is also top rate. I can't recommend them highly enough
