August Motors Honda

August Motors Honda should be ashamed about how they treat their customers, absolutely appalling customer service. I suppose we should be grateful that we got our money back eventually. Shame on you August Motors, we will never do business with you again, and we will make sure that all of our family, friends and acquaintances know about the truly appalling experience we received from your garage.

We have dealt with August Motors for seven years for all sales and service of several Honda cars, despite it being a round trip of over 200 miles for us from Devon. Found them initially when searching for a particular car on the Internet, and we have never looked back (or been to our local dealer again!). Always helpful and willing to listen, more friends than motor dealers. We would recommend them unreservedly.

This garage is top class. Polite and friendly Service Team, knowledgable engineers. I had a Honda Accord for 5 years, and always went to August motors for the servicing. Very fair when undertaking the work - I never felt they did things that weren't needed. Good prices as well, - I even had tyres fitted by them, with their Honda ' Price Promise' meaning I didn't pay more than the local tyre guys like Kwik Fit etc. Then I changed to a Toyota, and went to the local Toyota dealership, expecting the same level of service. I was so disappointed in both the car and service that as soon as funds allowed, I changed back to a Honda. Hows that for recommendation that the garage is worth syating with!!
