ATS Euromaster, Coventry

I booked appointment and arrived early. Took them ages to start looking at my. Only one person in the waiting room. None of the 4 people were working on cars. I was at the garage for 50mins. Just to change 2x tyres which were pre ordered and paid for. Told them I was in a hurry. The response was basically saying it will get after the others. They were very shirty with me. What happened to customer service? What is the point of having an appointment? Guys were too busy chatting. I got no paperwork after the Job was done. Never going back again. I wouldn't send my wife to that garage. I don't trust them. Was a good garage but I now I would avoid.

The guys at the Daventry rd ATS are absolutely brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable, not patronising and most importantly they don't rip you off and find umpteen problems with you car. You get good prices and GREAT service and they even fixed my bumper for free once which is very un garage like! Unless it's something outside their capability (like welding) I won't take my car anywhere else now and I've been recommeding them to everyone. The only problem is they have obviously built up a good local reputation which means they are too busy for the amount of staff they have, if ATS head office is reading this please get more staff on the ground they are way too busy!
