I had an occasional grinding noise. I took my car to a couple of garages and they couldn't identify the problem. I took it to ATG Cars and they were thorough and methodical about finding the source of the problem. My top mounts hadn't been changed when another garage changed my shock absorbers - so they were rusted and failing badly. Andy had removed my shock absorbers and showed me their condition and then showed me the crumbling mounts. The mounts were a cheap repair and the labour costs were very reasonable. I will be taking my car to ATG for all future repairs.
