Very re-assuring that Roger is Mercedes trained AND concentrates on that one make. Was given wise advice based on what suited my needs not his. Was more confident leaving my much loved for car with him than with any main dealer or mainstream garage, the latter usually claiming to have specialist knowledge of every make of car - as if! He has a workshop not a garage & that's a positive. Bigger premises would mean more overheads & costs likely to be passed on. Roger himself has good business sense yet is personable & kept me fully informed as to the progress of the required servicing & when the car was ready for collection. Somehow, I managed without having a leather sofa to recline upon whilst waiting for my car to be 'brought round', access to free coffee, biscuits & magazines whilst gazing at over-priced new cars & smarmy salespersons chasing their targets.

We were down in Arundel on holiday and developed a problem with our Mercedes. As usual the car manual was not much use and we looked for Mercedes dealerships but magically and luckily we found ATB Sussex, an independent Mercedes specialist. And WOW! made contact, arrived at the garage & proprietor Roger could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Was pleasant, stopped what he was doing, heard our story, identified the problem, told us the solution, got the part from supplier from across the road and worked on the car. Fantastic service, and knowledge so can highly recommend Roger and ATB - Tom and Mary Harrison, Durham

I have been using this garage when my Mercedes needs service and mechanical work. The standard of work is top notch and I would recommend this garage to anyone who owns a Mercedes.
