Used them for years of and on. Never give you bull about jobs that don't need doing. Recently noticed that they had put the wrong summer tyres back on my car. It took me 5 months to notice this and was caused initially by another customer having the same surname. They could have argued that I was partially responsible if they wanted to be awkward, but they will be replacing the tyres tomorrow at their own expense.
