Arnold Clark Aberdeen Kia

My car went in for warranty work to be done took me 7 wks to get my car back * No customer service. * Manager very unhelpfull * No courtesy car in the whole 7 weeks * Told me my car was ready after 4 wks but they messed up and told me they got it wires crossed and car issue still waiting to be investigated * I had to chase up by calling every week to get an update over 7 wks i think i got two updates from them * manager is rude and talks over you no demeanor at all * car came back with filthy glove marks on the wing mirrors even washing the car was half hearted I would not go near this garage ever again such a shame as kia seem to have really good motors.
