Arnold Clark Aberdeen Toyota

Recently put my car in due to a leak in the rear footwell. As it is a lexus i thought the best place would be a toyota/lexus dealership. I spent 15 minutes on the internet researching my leak problem and found the most likely explanation - a common fault apparently on my model of car. I wrote this information on a list inside the car and informed them what i thought the problem was...they then called my wife to ask what we wanted fixed? obviously not reading the information i had provided. A service rep then huffed and puffed about this being a big job as they have no idea where the leak is coming from - I am 95% certain that I know where it is coming from due to 15 minutes on the internet. They then spent 6 hours trying to find the leak with no success.. Now they want to take all the seats and carpets out! I work away and my wife got so stressed that I have sent two emails asking what work has been carried out and both seemingly have been ignored and everytime i call they are busy. They still have not called my wife or replied to my emails requesting an update. You would expect better from Lexus/ Toyota.
