my car broke down about 10 miles from home,I phoned the garage up (who also service/MOT my car) and they came with the recovery truck in 10 minutes and took us back to the garage and gave us a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. The speed of the turn out for the breakdown was fantastic .The car took a little more time to repair because they had to order the part and it was a Bank holiday(Monday) weekend.

I travelled up from Essex and whilst in Bridgnorth had a problem with a security device on my car leaving us stuck. Not knowing what to do or how to get 160 miles home, I walked to arch motor services to find assistance. The owner was very friendly and without hesitation put my wife and I in his breakdown truck and drove to where my car was. Even though it was close to home time for the guys at the garage, a temporary repair was made in order for me to drive to the garage where a very careful full and tricky repair was completed. Great care taken, within half hour of walking into the garage, we was back on the road, and paid far under any expectations. Great service, great care and great people!!

Excellent customer care, all repair issues and costs discussed and agreed before proceeding. Have a loyal customer base who have been using them for years. Employ skilled Engineers/Mechanics who have a very good knowledge of most makes of Vehicle. Costs are always reasonable and never any 'nasty shocks' when presented with the invoice.
