I would recommend this garage.

Absolutely shambolic, they had advertised a 2018 Nissan Qashqai with only 11000 miles on the clock that we had phoned up and booked an appointment to see it. On arrival we are shown a car with deep scratches to the rear bumper, cuts to both rear quarter trims, perished front tyres with cracking, an engine bay covered in mouse droppings & leaves, missing car mats only the clips remained and overdue it’s the first service which hadn’t been done. Also, we couldn’t go for a test drive as there was no fuel in the car it had less than 15 miles in the tank. So we asked to see the manager and he couldn’t be bothered to come out and speak to us!!! Twice the salesman went back to get the boss to which twice he wouldn’t come to speak with us. Seriously avoid this main dealer at all costs... So Utterly shambolic is the ONLY way to describe this dealership! AVOID AT ALL COSTS & TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AS THESE DEALERS IM SURE ONE DAY SOON WILL BE HAVING THERE FRANCHISE REVOKED BY SUZUKI!!!

untrustworthy in my opinion. Had several problems with car I purchased. No help from them. after service rubbish. Had various bad reviews from others since mentioning issues. No customer care or service at all. They need to go to other show rooms and see how it's done!

Bought used Shogun last Sept. Complained sunroof not working in December and still waiting! There excuse is part not arrived yet. Does it take 10 months these days to get a part? Discovered rust on black surrounds on rear doors, checked it out on the web and see its a known problem. Been to the dealer and then to 2 body shops as they asked me to. They say not under warranty. Been about 3 months since they were told and still, nothing was done. The manager at Anthony Betts, Lucas Nowak is unreliable and a complete letdown. I have bought cars from main dealers for 25 years now and he is by far the worse person I have ever dealt with! My advice is not to use this dealership.
