My large M3 service was thoroughly done, the car was cleaned, the MOT cost me £19.99 and the car has pan European cover for a year for free. Having bought the car there in September and received an informal quote for a service at that time, they were willing to stand by that price 6 months later (despite there normal practice of only a 1 month's fix) even though the service scheule had changed-and the new quote was considerably more! All were really helpful and pleasant, from the manager to the receptionist, from the saleman to the gentleman they sent out (for free) to help me take a puctured wheel off the car.
