Bought a car 1st Feb and paid in full. Was supposed to have MOT & Service and it was to be delivered. Collected it on 10th Feb (a 100 mile round trip) and that's where it all began. No MOT or Service. Car was meant to be collected and returned same day for MOT, they didn't arrive at work until lunchtime. Told to use taxis and I'd be reimbursed ... still waiting and it's 26th May. They used MY petrol too which they've neither acknowledged or refunded. I also no longer have the full service history as it's been "posted back" ... on 23rd April with a cheque !! Just sick now.

I am really happy with the workmanship carried out on my Audi and my wife is equally happy wth her Mercedes which she bought through the garage.The level of customer care is unmeasurablee, it extends from servicing our cars to buying them with the help from Alpha Cars. The whole team show a genuine sensitively to the customer experience and their wishes!
