AllKlasse Autos, Bishops Stortford

I have been going to Allklasse for several years now with Volkswagens and now a Porsche. They are always very helpful and trustworthy and I have never had any issues. I recommend them and several friends now also use them.

In a word... outstanding. Their prices are good when compared to a Merc main dealer, they explain everything in simple terms, nothing is to much trouble and they do a great job. What more do you want?

I visited all Klaus auto of bishops Stortford with my Audi a6 the car was 4 years old and just out of warranty so I thought I would try a non Audi main dealer and these guys purport to specialise in Audi and are local. I didn't have a good experience at the time I thought they were almost as expensive as the Audi main dealer and their customer service was poor so I didn't intend to return. I have just serviced the car this year for myself as I do with most of my cars and noticed that all of the undertray fixings around the wheel arch had been left of by all Klaus auto. I know this for a fact because a few weeks before they serviced the car last year I noticed one of these fixings was missing and replaced it ensuring that all the fixings were present. There are about 8 fixings missing the same on both sides so someone didn't bother putting them back. Know one else has touched the car except all Klaus. So not only poor customer service but also poor workmanship. I wonder what else they left off or didn't do properly. My advice is to stay clear of these guys bunch of crook just want to grab you money in my experience.

I have used AllKlasse autos for my Mercedes SLK in respect of servicing. The work carried out is excellent, they take the time to explain every details and nothing is to much for them. Their attitude is geared towards providing good workmanship thus ensuring good customer relations. Their customer attitude when compare to the local Mercedes main dealer is great.

I have used this garage for servicing my Mercedes SLK, In fact I have had two over the years and AllKlasse always do an excellent job, take the time to explain the 'how what and why.' I am more than satisfied with their outstanding service. ... and better prices when compared to a main dealer!

This garage are specialists in Mercedes Benz and VW Audi. Mercedes trained and prices that are reasonable unlike a main Merc dealer. They have a real customer focused attitude. Great outfit
