First took our cars there as we knew one of the mechanics (used to work for Green Flag I think). They always smile and look after my wife's car and we do not feel ripped off. We have taken car in for minor things like, radio fuse and recently needed exhaust welding back on and they fixed it without charge. It is not the fact that they did it for free, but that when you take your car in they will not charge for unnecessary work and they will be honest with you.
