Exceptionally poor service, lots of excuses regarding why they hadn't carried out the work they promised and they then used the car without authorisation. After my 3rd visit they still hadn't carried out the required warranty work but instead carried out other work that was not asked for or required (but they got paid for this work under my warranty). A complete waste of my time and effort. They also damaged my alloy wheels when they were using the car without my authority (car found with both wheels parked hard up against a high kerb).
