Denied causing the damage but PROMISED to repair it when they could find a replacement part. I found the replacement part online within 3 days, but after 6 months tgere has been no cointact made by Alan Watkins. Shame as I have used this service for over 10 years, but since Mr Watkins retired and let pone of his chiklren run the business customer service/VFM/honesrty have deteriorated immensely. So disappointed but to be expected I assume ?

You're not paying for glitz and glamour at Alan Watkins just good old fashioned knowledge and service. Took my VW Passat in for MOT, Service and repairs to central locking. They knew exactly how to fix the problem (and it wasn't easy as the door was locked shut). Really nice to deal with didn't do anything that didn't need doing, felt they were a garage I could trust. Will definitely be going back. My only niggle was that the inside of my car smelt like the inside of the garage from where they had obviously road tested it in their dirty overalls! but hey ho.

Good helpful service and feed back regarding future work likely to arise at a very reasonable price. More than happy to go there again.

I have used Alan Watkins for a number of years for MOT tests and repairs. Thay have always been extremely competative with quotes and have always stuck to these, even when the work has taken longer that anticipated. My requests for urgent repair work has always been done the same day. A good, honest garage who are always a pleasure to deal with.
