In March 2020 I bought 3 tyres for £250, after about a week I noticed one was going down, a few weeks later I rang them and they said that because of lockdown they weren’t open to the public. I explained my situation and eventually persuaded them to fix my tyre. Several weeks after this fix I noticed that the tyre was going soft again. I wasn’t using the car much so I left it a while longer but eventually decided to get them to fix it again. After fixing the tyre, this was my 3rd visit, they said that’d be £27.50, I was outraged & in the subsequent discussion it emerged that they had done the wrong one. So they then took it back into the garage and did the one that I’d asked them to fix. So after 4 attempts I was charged the extra £27.50. I cannot recommend this company, their work is shoddy, poor customer service, they don’t listen to what you ask them to do and then they charge you for their mistakes
