BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE... Can not stress the above enough, I purchased a car September of 2020, within the cars 6 month warranty the car was returned 4 times. Twice with the same problem that they did not put right the first time. 4 days after the warranty expired the car needed £500 of repairs carried out, I have now owned the car for just over a year and have just had to pay out £1,032 in parts before labor costs. I could overlook this if I drove big miles, but I work at sea 1/2 of the time and the car has less than 1500 miles added to the clock since I bought it. What was a treat for my 30th birthday has turned into an absolute nightmare. Every time the car is repaired I am just waiting for something else to go wrong. All in all since the car was bought including the repairs that were carried out under warranty it has added another £4,000 on top of the car purchase price. I understand things go wrong and cars need repairs, have been driving long enough to know unexpected things happen. But £4,000 of unexpected is hard to understand. Have tried ringing Agnews to let them know how unhappy I am but everytime the person I want to speak too is busy and am promised a call back but never happens. At this point I don't expect anything less as Agnews have proved to be a huge disappointment, I would strongly encourage anyone else to look else where. My partner recently bought a similar model of car to myself from a family owned dealership on the Boucher Road and the comparison is second to none, far better warranty, staff are absolutely fantastic to deal with. Never Never again a very expensive lesson learned.. Thank you for nothing but stress and a head ache.

"Smooth and by the numbers!"

After someone almost ran me off the road one late evening (almost as in I left them in the dust when they were about to hit!), couldn't believe it when I saw scorch marks along the side of my C320's rear bumper. Visited Agnew's Boucher Road, Belfast based Repair Centre to get it sorted, feared the worst price-wise (let's face it, Mercedes does know how to get not just an arm but a leg in too ;)), pleasantly surprised by their 'smart repair' quote, so much so that I actually felt guilty quibbling over the price! Genuinely smooth and by the numbers from start to finish on the day, from the standard of the courtesy car to the quality of the work and not an extra penny added when it came time to settle up. They know their stuff and I'll definitely be back if I need them :)
