Don't trust these people one little bit. We took our Zafira to these guys for a major service and was told they would fit a new pollen filter with that. Not only did we not get a changed pollen filter we only got a interim service. After bringing this to there attention they covered that antics up with every excuse possible even though they marked of what had ben done in the service manual as an interim and stated hardly anything had been done. To top it all off, 2 weeks later we got a puncture. when we went to get the compressor and tyre repair foam out, it was missing. On bringing this up with the garage they stated they would get back to us about it as the Zafira had not of left the garage. Another untruth as it clearly states on the MOT that it was done elsewhere in town and not at there garage, so had been off the premises. Beware of these guys. seriously beware. On a plus side for them I had used them for a previous Zafira we owned and they where very good. Unfortunately between then and feb 2012 things had turned rotten.
