Previously my car had been taken here by another servicing agent as it is a local MOT station; this time I went myself with reasonable confidence of passing. However, I had not realised that diesels apparently don't show exhaust leaks from any noise, which wasn't present. Sadly, the law insists that all leaks be repaired, even when they are downstream of the catalytic converter. Overall, I did not feel I had been ripped off.
