Dishonest cowboys, don't let them anywhere near your car. They overcharged 3 hours for a job that a main dealer and several specialists said would take no longer than 30 minutes. They misplaced parts and bodged others and had the sheer arrogance to say they weren't there when I left the car in, well photographs I took before show otherwise which I showed them. Rather them apologise they were arrogant and dismissive. They let me drive away in a car with work not done properly and essential parts missing, they threw away and never reinstated. Never contacted me to put it right or even apologise and have left me out of pocket as I have had to get a garage to put right their bodge. I have both photographic evidence showing before and after and several reports from main dealer and specialists. Avoid if you value your motor.

Yet again A1 get straight on with difficult to diagnose problem, sorted in a morning at very reasonable cost.

Have used these guys for about 18 years now and wouldn’t dream of letting any one else touch our cars, a well run established small garage with some of the most knowledgable guys in the business. Have needed they’re help many times over the years, they have never let me down.Keep up the good work fellas. It’s all in theyre name A One.
