12th September 2016 AJ Motors returned my motor home to me with a MOT pass. This is when I discovered that the front brakes were juddering that they did not do before. Also the vehicle was road tested and driven so violently a bottle of carbonated water exploded and the water shorted out my inverter. I had to make my onward journey across the UK as I had already waited 4 DAYS for AJ Motors to repair my vehicle, that most of the time it was in the work shop not being worked on when they were repairing it. I completed a DVSA form asking for a free MOT retest, that I was entitled to in law. The DVSA refused to allow the free retest, covering up for A J Motors, so I lodged an appeal to the ICA. The ICA upheld my complaint about the DVSA and as a result the County Court proceedings against A J Motors was reinstated for August 3rd 2017 and their is an ongoing investigation into this matter. My advise:Stay away from A J Motors. Do not get your vehicle "repaired" there. I live in Spain

Have been using AJ Motors for years now. Always trustworthy, fair, honestly priced, and happy to give you as much info as you want, even showed me the faulty part they replaced to help explain the issue to me. This is the only garage I trust in Plymouth.

I Called at short notice for an Mot/Service/Repairs. Friendly and courteous staff and managed to fit me in the same day. Kept me updated on the work and progress and costs which turned out better than past work at other garages. I chose not to mention some known faults when dropping the car off which the garage picked up on immediately and dealt with promptly. On picking up the car it had been Washed and Vacumed which is a bonus. The difference in the car as soon as I left the the premises was very noticeable. Will use this garage again and recommend it to friend and family.

I needed a wheel bearing changed urgently and already had the part. They fitted it the same day. I also had multiple electrical faults on a Skoda Octavia which I left with them whilst i went abroad. they kept me informed of progress by email, and identified a problem with the fuse box. They sourced a secondhand one at a greatly reduced price and the problem was completely resolved.
