My car was sent here by my insurance for repairs. They have been awful. I cannot speak to anyone and over a 6 weeks later I still can’t even get a courtesy car… which my insurance have requested. They are now saying my car will not be ready till 29th of July (not told by the garage but my insurance) the accident happened in may. They where completely misinformed and didn’t even know where my car was when I first called them. I have not been able to contact them at all in order to find out what is happening with my car or why I can’t have a courtesy car while my car is being repaired. I am currently 7 months pregnant with no way of getting to appointments and am worried the car won’t even been ready for when the baby is due. I would love to at least be able to speak to someone about my car but am unable to.

Excellent service, friendly efficient staff, good standard of work. Car returned when promised in a good clean condition.
