A colleague at work has used Tony Burns for years to maintain his old Mitsubishi Shogun. We started to use Tony for our company vehicles about 8 months ago and very quickly every individual in the company has started to do the same for their own cars. Tony will always look at the most cost-effective solution. He will weld when repairs can be done that way rather than purchase an expensive new part. When my Nissan needed a new wheel bearing, he got me to search on-line for the best secondhand deal, saving me about £300. We get all our vehicles to him for servicing, repair and MOT (Tony himself will pick up and drop off when he can). The MOTs are actually carried out by John Cox & Son with whom Tony shares premises. This means Tony passes across a vehicle he has checked. If any minor faults are found, Tony can usually fix them on the spot. He'll also recommend other sources. He once saved me another small fortune by recommending TopGear Exhausts in Aylesbury who carried out a very reasonably priced repair on a Mercedes stainless steel exhaust. In other words, if Tony can't tackle a job, he often knows someone who can. I wish this review allowed me to give 6 out of 5 for helpfulness!
