Our guide is by far the most useful because it comes from customers voluntary recommendations after their experiences of the garages rather than something that is cackhandedly 'researched', or is based on the garages buying certain products, or is based on them being members of a trade organisation.

Obviously any recommendations guide can be corrupted by 'friends of the garage' making their own recommendations. So the way to use it it to read the recommendations and make a judgement from them. (There seems to be a campaign being run by an individual with several email addresses who is calling various things we do into question. So from now on all such problematic emails will routinely be trashed.)
