I want to thank Honda for helping me with a service contract supplied from a Honda dealer.
I wrote to you some time ago regarding the problem of purchasing a three-year service contract from a Honda dealer who subsequently ceased trading. Initially Honda (correctly) stated that it wasn't their problem as the contract was outside the Honda franchise. I am delighted to advise that Honda has now agreed to cover the cost of the outstanding service in its entirety. Well done, Honda.
Excellent investment by Honda. At a cost of maybe £150 (exc VAT) it keeps a customer.
