When does a CVT gearbox need a fluid change?

My Toyota Avensis 1.8 CVT has always gone to the main dealer for servicing and has never had a transmission fluid change. The mileage is now coming up to 65,000, should it not have had the fluid changed by now?
Our understanding is that the service schedule for the CVT gearbox is a fluid check at 30,000 miles and a replacement at 60,000 miles, so we'd certainly check with your dealer if this has not been offered to you.
