What's the correct oil for my car?

Shell oils are now used by BMW garages in the UK. My 2019 BMW X3 3.0-litre handbook says 0W-30 or 5W-30, but only the 5W-30 Shell oil states that it is BMW LL-04 approved. Is it okay to use the 0W-30 Shell oil for my car?
