A car built with no refinements and no finesse.

I was the proud and extremely happy owner of a 9 year old entry level Fiat Panda and am now a bitterly disappointed and disgruntled owner of a Skoda Citigo.

I purchased the Citigo as 'car of the year' as was my Panda when purchased in 2004 and am very puzzled as to what the other small cars out there must be like as this Citigo has very little to recommend it. I paid an additional £500 for a comfort pack which provides electric windows to the front, a height adjuster to the drivers seat and remote central locking. The passenger window control is on the passenger door where it is out reach of the driver therefore of no use and I was given just one key to operate the remote central locking. It is noisy, has no clock and no courtesy mirror. These are petty issues but this car gives me no satisfaction and no pleasure and as such I have been back to my dealer to enquire about selling the car back to them. I paid just shy of £9000 less than 6 months ago and am told the car is now worth £5500! For me this car is a disaster.
