just had two tyres fitted to my chrysler voyager & its not the first time i have used this tyre shop & i can say the service is more than you expect its nice to see somethink new in hooley so thank you to mark & his family for making this possible keep the good work up and your prices low.

I visited today pre-MOT as I knew I needed a repair in one of my tyres. I received a genuinely friendly welcome, excellent service, was offered a seat in a warm clean office with a cup of tea and Mark got to work. I thought I would come away with at least one new tyre and quite a few quid down, but the repair was made, another tyre had a slow puncture which I didn't know about and was also repaired. I came away feeling very well advised, not in any way ripped off and would be so pleased to recommend this lovely, friendly, family business to anyone. Thanks Mark.

I bought 2 tyres online (Neuton NT8000s - not readily available) and could find no-one prepared to fit them for me. I was almost about to give up but gave Top Marks a call and, yes, they would be happy to fit them at a cost of £12 each. Having been quoted up to £30 a tyre (probably just to get me to go away!) I thought I'd give them a go.

Well, I was very impressed. Very personable guy (it's a family business) and did the job quickly, professionally and with great care. He used a good old fashioned torque wrench after using the air tool to make sure the nuts were tightened correctly.

I would recommend him 100%. I doubt I will go elsewhere to buy tyres purely because you get the impression he cares about what he does. Give Top Marks a go - they deserve our business in a crowded market.

Oh, forget to say - it was £12 per tyre as quoted which included VAT, new valves, wheel balancing and disposal of the old tyres. Quality.

Located on the A23 in Hooley (just off the M23 Motorway and just south of Coulsdon is this fairly new tyre fitting garage. Mark Bull and his wife run the place with an honest and friendly attitude.

I drive a Honda and when I thought I needed 2 new front tyres I was advised by Mark that I needed just the one as the other still had life in it. This was not the advice I was given by one of the Leading tyre companies earlier in the day who said one of the rears was also near the end of its life! Mark siad he hears this quite often from people who come to him.

The price quoted at Top Marks was also 25% cheaper for the same tyre!

When it was fitted it also came to light the wheel had been over tightened. Mark said this is a common thing. He rectified this and then also as a matter of coutesy checked all the others which also need adjusting!

I was so impressed and his genuine customer care was refreshing in this day and age. I will be back and would never go near the 'big companies' again! He has not been open here long but I can see why he was busy. He also does brakes which I have made a mental note of!

So, it seems afterall that 'You can get better than a .........". A lot better!
