In June 2012 TMR carried out a full service on my Ford C-Max, this came to over £300, this included new front wipper blades. They charged me £48.60 for Valeo blades, if I went to the local Ford agent they would have charged me £34.43p and if I bought Valeo blades from a shop they would have cost me £27.31p.

A couple of weeks later I had a diagnostic light appear on the dash, I took the car to TMR to see if they could check it, they made it clear that I would have to pay £45 but I had little choice. They told me it was a problem with the DPF and advised me to go to a Ford agent. By comparison the Ford agent charged £48 to check/reset the diagnostics and regened the DPF.

I've been using TMR for many years and they keep my small fleet of chauffeur driven Mercs in tip top condition. Furthermore, their friendly advice is always well worth hearing and they are so much better than any of the three local franchised dealers and at a fraction of the cost.
