Recently had my yearly service+mot, the guys at this garage
Collect my car from work and returned the same day (foc)
Needed new brake pads to pass mot, no repairs were carried
Out until I had approved first, they kept me informed every inch
Of the way. Very professional great customer service and top quality work.
I will be going back there in the future

Today my car has been into 'Terry's Auto Repair' to have work carried out in order to pass the MOT. Credit where it is due...
I was greeted by friendly and helpful professionals who have provided a quick and competent service at very competative rates.

I had previously taken my car to Terry's Auto to bring the car up to MOT standard.
One time I walked into the reception area and was completely ignored by all the employees, I was the only customer there, and I actually ended up walking out after 15 minutes and went home.
ALSO they replaced the front brake discs, and told me they would take a while to bed in.
A while later after realising that they had not 'bedded in' but something else was wrong,
I took the car back at 11am to get it repaired.
I had a phonecall at 2pm telling me the rear brake cylinders were leaking and gave me a quote for £91.
I explained that I can get that done elsewhere, and I was only concerned with them fixing the problem they had not fixed in the first place.
The lady then told me that I "did not explain the problem to them properly" (after I had offered twice to take them on a drive with me!).
It is now 5pm, and I have not heard anything.
Its as though they are more concerned with finding new problems to charge me with, instead of fixing the simple problem..
