Our family have used them a few times over the last couple of years and they've always done a great job. When you call, or call in, you invariably speak to Ian (and not a call centre) and Ian knows his stuff. As do all the guys in the workshop. And they are all very helpful.

They fix things and not just replace things. They are straightforward and their approach and knowledge provides trust. They've been involved with Toyota for years (were a dealer once) and this shows in their knowledge. Even with our 17 year Carina, they talk about how the engine performed when new, one of the technicians has the same engine in his Toyota, etc.

And they have just fixed the exhaust on my Lexus LS400; I'm delighted.

Pricing is very fair. And they have a very easy courtesy car policy: 'take one of them and just put some fuel in'.
