Really friendly and helpful at all stages. From booking and collection to explaining the work needed and delivery back to my house - even taking the trouble purposely park my car in a shady spot on a hot day!

we as a family have used this garage for 20 years they provide a quality service and good honest advice,we have also bought all of our cars from them and they look after us well. the owner also looks after my collection of motorcycles and his knowledge is invalueable to me .

I have been taking my cars to Graham for over 20 years, and the servicing and his standards have always been good. I have always trusted Graham and his team and they hav never let me down. This time he serviced and MOT'd my 10-year-old Fiesta and it is down to him that it is still an excellent little runner we can always rely on.

I trust Graham hugely, he always fixes or services my car with care and for a fair price, he's friendly and I would definitely recommend him. Excellent local garage, helpful advice is always available. I have used this garage for quite a few years now and always had an excellent service for a good price too. I know I can rely on them!

took my van here for a mot and service , they were easy to deal with and knew there stuff,price was good and van was washed and invoice was explained to me will use again

we took our Porsche here for a service and mot plus we had all the brakes renewed and a complex issue with the aircon fixed they kept us updated on costs and everything since the car has been back is spot on and my wife thinks the car feels better then before in terms of performance will now use this garage for everything and will be telling our friends

We have used Ernigrip since the 1990s - If we cannot get the car to them fo service, they will come and collect. Never carry out unwanted work, always provide good value for money and let us know if something is going to be needed soon. Work is always carried out to a high standard. If we have an emergency, they always try to fit us in as soon as possible. Difficult to rate them highly enough.

we took our 3 year old mini here for an mot and service plus the car had various faults that the main dealer could not fix.ernigrip not only fixed them ,they spotted a major error on the dealers part that was a safety issue and after talking to the dealer it was fixed by ernigrip and the dealer paid !!! superb and effective service and graham the owner clearly has superb knowledge and was very helpfull and explained everything and returned the old parts . without doubt will use again and tell all my friends about them .

I had bought a second hand car and it was due an MOT and a long overdue service so obviously plenty of things needed. Fully appraised of what was happening and what was needed throughout and it took a couple of days to finish but as I had a courtesy car it was no problem!

I was recommended this garage from friends in the area who have their car regularly looked after by Ernigrip. I had an MOT, service and a few minor MOT repairs to pass. All were carried out quickly and they kept in contact with me to let me know how things were going. They offered me my old parts back if I wanted them. All in all an easy, fuss free process with mechanics who know what they are talking about. Will use again if I am back in the area.

I have used this garage for two years, and I cannot fault them. They are not the cheapest out, but you get what you pay for. Old parts always returned if you want them, great communication throughout, delivery and drop off when I have been at work. Work carried out is always a really high standard and never any further issues. It is nice to find a garage who do not automatically talk down to me as a female too! Highly recommend.

LPG conversation, claimed to be UKLPG reg and they were not, Trading standards involved. Installation so bad it was comdemed by an real UKLPG garage. The credit card company refunded the full amount as the job was not fit for purposes. Under section 75, not something they do lightly. The job then had to be repaired at another garage. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee has always been difficult to diagnose. When I got another ECM warning code a few weeks ago, I started to worry straight away as it took three garages and five different test rigs to diagnose it when I had a gearbox error earlier this year. This time, I took it to my a 4x4 specialist whose equipment could not read the Jeep's diagnostic codes, nor could a colleague of theirs. I found Ernigrip on 'whocanfixmycar.com' and I had no great expectations. When I spoke to Graham, I found I was talking to someone who really knew what he was talking about. His approach to diagnosing the fault (itermittent turbo failure) was refreshing. When I took the car in, he found the fault within a few hours, despite his equiment having problems diagnosing the codes (but he knew why - the unit had been encrypted!). It took a few days for the suspect part to arrive, but he was right. He also changed a couple of 'service' items which were well overdue. The car is now back on the road, performing better than it ever has since I've had it. Graham kept me fully informed at all times as to what was happening, and what he recommended. Not a penny cost was incurred without our prior agreement. I highly recommend Ernigrip and will not hesitate to use them again.

we had been to a number of garages in this area and this is the first garage we have found that clearly know what they are doing .the reception lady is very nice and everything was explained in detail the car had issues with electrics and they fixed the problems on the day .we would recommend every car driver in this area to try them.very happy
