We bought our Galaxy from a Car Supermarket, and when it developed a fault the next day, Chambers did not hesitate in booking it in and replacing a leaking radiator component under warranty. Since then (2008) Chambers have always serviced our Galaxy without drama or problems. Bills have always been reasonable. However, the clincher for me was after I recently needed to replace the front tyres and discovered the security wheel nut key was missing. I went to Chambers to see what could be done to order a replacement, and the service assistant explained it would take 2/3 working days to order up a replacement, but that he'd have a look in the store to check. After making me a coffee, he came back with a full set of security nuts and a matching key, and using the garage master, removed all my security nuts and replaced them with a the new set and handed me the matching nut key. He did this all at no charge!! They certainly have a loyal customer now and I would not hesitate in recommending them for service.
