Went to Burton Motors, following an MOT failure in February - my MOT was carried out by a well-known Nissan dealer in the area, where my last 3 cars have been serviced/MOTed for years. This time, however, they were quoting an extortionate amount for a suspension arm and bush (some parts of which I'd never even heard of!). A good friend recommended that I seek both a second opinion and a quote for the repairs from Burton Motors.
My husband spoke to Julie Burt, who was exceedingly helpful and lovely, then I took the car down and had everything explained while the car was inspected there and then.
The work was quoted at a third of the price quoted by the dealer (since my experience, I've heard of so many people being ripped of by dealerships!) and the work was completed quickly and without fuss, enabling me to get the car through its MOT.
They have also since done my brakes and I won't be going anywhere else in future! Hopefully if more of us do this, then the dealerships will realise they are losing out.

We've used Burton Motors for 6 years now; the service is friendly, efficient and honest. The standard of work is consistently good. All old car parts are kept in case you want to see them. When taking the car in for service, they order in all the parts you might need, then return those not used, so no having to go back.
