I have had recurrent problems with dashboard rattles in my Civic, which I bought new from Blade in 2009. The car has been back to them on several occasions. The service department has been very helpful and has spent a lot of time trying to cure the rattles. Unfortunately, after every attempt so far, all has been peaceful for a few months, and then a new rattle or squeak has appeared. They have just had the car for 3 days for the latest fix. Hopefully, this will be the last time, but, if not, it certainly would not be for any lack of effort on Blade's part. As for routine services, they have performed the two so far immaculately.
Value for money is a very subjective matter. I have owned Hondas continuously for the last 20 years or so, always used Honda dealers for servicing, and never had any worries that anything might have been omitted, done incorrectly, or done needlessly. They may be more expensive than independents, but the peace of mind is worth the extra.
