HA Fox, Norwich

I purchased my car new from this garage. This was my second MOT with a full service. I have a full service and MOT pre-paid plan in place. A time was booked and the time for work estimated was fairly accurate. A free courtesy taxi to and from the town centre was very much appreciated . My car had a full exterior and interior valet courtesy of H A Fox. I am very impressed with the service I get from this garage. A short video was sent to me showing the tyres and brake pads, so I could assess when I need to replace these items. I don't expect to change garages anytime soon!

I have used this garage for the last 6 years to service my x type Jaguars. They serviced and MOT'd my 2004 company car after I purchased it from my firm in 2008 and I replaced it with another (2009) diesel x type in 2011 which is also serviced and MOT'd by them. They are a Jaguar main dealer. Although the labour rates are high, I had a £30/month service agreement (which was commenced in 2008 and was fixed without inflation adjustment) and have never charged a penny more for any annual services. The services were arranged at very short notice, all work was carried out to a high standard and the car was always cleaned throughout and a courtesy taxi to and from Norwich whilst the work was done. The servicing team were knowledgeable and helpful. I found my replacement car on the net and HA Fox brought it down from Yorkshire without obligation and prepared it to a high standard before I test drove and purchased it. I now have a 6 year service agreement at £32/month and the excellent service continues. I have received poor service from another HA Fox garage in the past but unreservably recommend HA Fox Norwich. I experienced a clutch and dmf failure on the latest vehicle (which Honest John says is a known problem with some 2009 diesel x types).I was out of warranty and HA Fox repaired the vehicle and naturally charged me for doing so. The serving team then sought a goodwill payment from Jaguar on my behalf. This was taken up at a one to one personal level between a member of the service staff and Jaguar and HA Fox/Jaguar credited me with 50% of the cost. Relationship maintained. Incidentally I love the x type, a great real world car consistently returning 45 miles plus per gallon.
